It was a sad night for Brooke fans as she made her tearful (more like downpour) farewell. At this point, I like all of the Idols, but it’s pretty obvious who it SHOULD come down too. So this departure was not a surprise. At this stage, it was just who was going out first. I give it to the girl…through all of her screwups and nervousness, I was always rooting for her and it was nice to see such a refreshing personality on a show that really has become such a snit-fest.
Also last night, Natasha Bedingfield sang her new single and it was pretty good! Saw the video this morning though. Not so good. But I do like the song.
Anyway, I look forward to seeing Brooke somewhere in the future. She’s got that “girl next door” vibe going for her that should get her by for at least 1 album. I would consider myself a fan…as long as she’s playing the piano!
Next week…Syesha says goodbye!
