According to this AOL article, men aren’t just worried about goin’ bald anymore! They got all kinds of issues! And apparently we are too embarrassed to talk about them, so we go to the internet to get our information on what to do about our problems and concerns. What are we most concerned about?
According to Heidi (whoever THAT is), men tend to search for the following issues the most on AOL Search. And for the record, I’ve NEVER used AOL Search for anything in my life. If I want to find something, I’m all Google. But here is what Heidi and AOL had to say…
First on the list? Prostate Cancer. Yep…that’s a biggie.
2nd? Urinary Tract Infection? Really? I wouldn’t have guessed that one. But I guess if ya gotta pee, you sure as hell don’t want it to be painful!
3rd on the list…Insomnia. I have issues with sleep also. I assume it’s from stress and an overactive thought process. Whatever, this one I kinda understand, but it is pretty high up on the list…
4. Hair Loss. There it is! Next to Erectile Dysfunction, this is one that I thought would definately be at the top of such a list…
5. Vasectomy. BALLS I SAY!
6. Something called Ulcerative Colitis. This one screws up your bowels. Sounds painful. I don’t like it.
7. Diabetes. Check!
8. Impotence. AH HA! I KNEW this was gonna be on here!
9. Prostatitis? Sounds like someone got busted with a hooker! Actually, I looked into it. It also sounds kinda painful. if you would like more information, you can go here. It also makes for some painful peeing. What is up with that? 2 issues that involve peeing?
And finally, the last most commonly searched male health topic on AOL Search? Indigestion. That is where it hits the most. Right in the belly.
WHAT? No Alzheimers? No Lukemia? No Carpal Tunnel Syndrome? (You know…for those of us who spend WAY too much time in front of our computers?)
Oh well. Anyways, these are all the things I’m concerned about (apparently). For the record…I’ve never looked into any of these topics…yet. But I’m sure with the way things are going and at my age, hair loss, insomnia and indigestion would be tops on the list. But not impotence…
Surely THAT will NEVER be a problem…
I personally wouldnt mind if every man went bald . I like bald. A lot.
