Springtime Hoops

Christopher’s basketball league will be wrapping up soon. And considering he was in full-tilt football mode when it started, I am somewhat surprised that he has enjoyed it as much as he has! At the start, he wasn’t very enthusiastic. But now, he goes out and plays almost every chance he gets. And sometimes that involves recruiting me, or Ava, or Mom, or the kids in the ‘hood. Either way, he has gotten the basketball bug back and I couldn’t be more happy! Here’s some photos of him enjoying our hoop that’s in our backyard. With March Madness rolling along, I love to go out and shoot around with him! He’s getting better but…I’m pretty sure I can still take him…

So much like his Dad 🙂 I’ll have to shoot hoops with our son, Chris was a football/soccer guy. The B-Ball is all mine!

Well…not TOO much like me. His favorite sport is still football!

He looks good to me, except his feet are spread too far apart. He’ll learn. YOU did, so it can’t be that hard!!! Football is good, too. Only high school and college ball of any type is worth watching!!! No NFL or NBA, thank you very much……….Mom

See, this is why Alarik definitely needs to spend some time at your house. There’s no one for him to play with around here!
